That is what we are all about, that was what my grandfather Glenn was all about. Believe in your child, your child has an enormous potential.

Your job as parent is to find answers for your child to help them grow and develop, and that is what we try to do on a daily basis.

As The Doman Method expands into more countries, which ones are you looking forward to break into next?

We are continuing to spread — we work in every continent, our staff has travelled to dozens and dozens of countries. Our own staff is international and comes from nearly every continent on earth.

And so for us, we are most excited to travel to any place where there is a demand, were there are special needs children, where there are parents interested I our work.

We will go wherever we need to teach them. That is what my grandfather did for his life time, and that is what we will continue to do.

What or who inspires you in life?

I'm inspired by any person who empowers people to help others or themselves. People like my grandfather, Glenn, or great minds like Tony Robbins, who teach others how to better themselves.

What does Spencer enjoy doing on his spare time

I play football every Sunday, I enjoy running, and my greatest passion is traveling. Fortunately, I get to travel often for work.

With all the experience and wisdom you have gathered in life so far, what advice would you give to your younger self?

To read more! Reading is the best way to gain more information, but my younger self didn't put enough time aside to do it. I'm working to read more now.

The next step is what we have been trying to do for over 60 years, and that is to find the greatest minds out there and to continue to develop and create new programs that will help children with special needs and to get that information out to families so that they can help their kids as quickly as possible.

This will continue to be our mission until we can get every child in the world well.

With all the experience and wisdom gathered in life so far, what advice would you give to the parents of special needs children?

The first thing I would say is, if there's anyone in your child’s life that is telling you your child cannot be better, whether it’s a professional, acquaintance or therapist, I would recommend that you cut out the negativity from your life, and start looking for growth oriented activities for your child.
