MilliOnAir interactive Magazine April 2017 - Page 145

Doffs are known for their 'less work, rest and play' attitude and love hiding in cupboards. So it's a win/win. They get to hang out in new places, are given endless supplies of toiletries and you get paid for the privilege of their company.

As part of their week-long self-development retreat with 'no internet/grow bag access', the doffs get to rewrite that old hairy Christmas classic 'A Partridge in a Pear Tree' as we carry on with the toiletry inventory theme. Lines such as -

7 doffs a-showering

6 perfumed loo rolls

6 whiskers whisking

5 doffs a-preening

4 garglers gargling

3 pairs a-nashing

2 veneers a-smiling

1 doff a-flushing

And a toothbrush in a tow-e-l… (write in if you can do better)

could aid motivation and transformation for doffs everywhere.

So there you have it. Either declutter or diversify.

Ps : If you think I'm as mad as a March hare, you're probably right, even though we are now in April. Someone did lovingly say to me once 'You're as mad as a box of frogs'. Either suits, I really don't mind.

So, get decluttering or diversifying. You'll find that once you start, you can't stop. And it brings with it a wonderful sense of liberation and freedom. Who knows what you might find lurking in your cupboard…maybe a doff with a refreshing new perspective on life who is madly keen to help you create that new space. Hi-Ho.

I've got your back.
