The Ethiopia Qorema blend is of a
lighter variety to the Blenheim, it is
a sweeter concoction that most certainly has the luscious caramel infusion it describes on the package.
This for me personally would be more of an everyday blend that I would happily sit with cup in hand every lunch or breakfast.
It still has a hint of acidity that you will find with most blends, but the sweetness does take over and gives that warm buttery feeling.
So if you aren’t QUITE taken with darker blends, this should be at the top of your list to try out.
Both blends from Hope & Glory Coffee Co were delectable, you can tell that the expertise and love for the product from this start-up is on another level.
