care is what makes Dr. Muench a top dentist.
His research and educational interests center on a comprehensive approach to dental
health involving teeth, muscles, joints, and airway/sleep. Dr. Muench explains that
repairing tooth breakage or loss and gum recession without considering the cause or
the quality of a patient’s bite and sleep patterns may lead to continued breakage or
premature tooth loss. His goal is to provide patients with a radiant smile and long-term
dental stability.
Dr. Muench's practice encompasses all aspects of general dentistry for the entire family.
Using the latest dental techniques coupled with the highest quality materials and the
latest equipment he ensures a long lasting result and a very satisfied patient. To accom-
plish these outstanding results, Dr. Muench has spent his career furthering his knowl-
edge of restorative and cosmetic dentistry with a focus on TMD and Sleep Disorders.
He has further distinguished himself by earning a Master of the Academy of General
Dentistry and through advanced education offered by The Pankey Institute and other
continuing education programs. He is currently a clinical instructor at Newark Beth
Israel Medical Center, a visiting faculty member of the Pankey Institute and a facilitator
for Continuing Dental Engagement (CDE) Seminars.
Dr. Muench, who was raised and lives in Maplewood, is proud to be an educator and
dental health provider for Maplewood and other surrounding communities.
