The local blow-dry bars have become a destination for everyone from working women to stay-at-home moms, teens, and senior citizens. One reason is the convenient hours: The bars tend to open earlier and close later than traditional salons and stay open on Sundays. Anything that saves them time and makes them look great is an A+ for them and us.” Blow In Blow Out, which is opening another salon in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, offers online booking and limited cut and color services by appointment. “I like being able to make appointments easily online,” says Jordana Horn Gordon, a Blow In Blow Out client. “When you have little kids, speaking on the phone is almost impossible!
