Chief Warrant Officer 5 John A. Robinson, Ed.D., U.S. Army, is the director of the Department of Joint, Interagency, and Multinational Operations, U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College. He is a former strategic planner with U.S. Central Command and a graduate of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College and the School of Advanced Military Studies, Fort Leavenworth, Kan. He holds a doctorate in education from Argosy University and master’s degrees in military art and science, international relations, and criminal justice. Maj. Brian J. Davis, U.S. Marines, Retired, is the deputy director of the Department of Joint, Interagency and Multinational Operations, U.S. Army Warrant Officer Career College. He is a former battle staff officer with U.S. Strategic Command and is a graduate of the Air Command and Staff College and the Joint Forces Staff College. He holds a master’s degree in human resources management from Webster University and is completing his dissertation for a doctorate in education from the University of the Cumberlands.
