Military Greek Life Issue 01 JAN/FEB 2016 | Page 3

Greetings and Happy New Year! The journey to this moment has been full of great opportunities and learning experiences. I am so excited about presenting Military Greek Life (MGL), “The Premiere Network and Magazine for Military Greek Lettered Organizations.” The support has been amazing and my vision is that MGL become a platform whereby military and veterans can create and nuture newly established networks designed to learn, to create and to build. Using this platform, I will promote military and veteran GLOs, as well as military and veteran businesses and non-profits.

One of my goals in establishing Military Greek Life, is to unite Military Greek Lettered Organizations to create a far-reaching community that thrives from offering military and veterans an opportunity to experience similar bonds created while in military service. Through our collective community efforts and social engagements, the Military Greek Lettered Organization will grow in historical proportions.

In our first year, we will publish six issues, which are outlined on our Editorial Calendar found on our website at militarygreeklife.com. You can also share your stories and submit your ads for publication through our website. In the meantime, we want you to know that MGL has life because of the desire for brotherhood and sisterhood, where lies our innate abilities to cheer each other’s accomplishments and successes, provide support through our struggles and pain, and provide leadership and mentorship.

My name is Rechell Watts, Owner of Veronica's Knight Publishing & Training, LLC and Founder of Military Greek Life. I hope that you enjoy this premiere issue of Military Greek Life Magazine.

Thank you for your support!
