Our special part of THE Key segments along The Great Trail The Trans Canada Trail (coined The Great Trail in 2016) lays claim to the world’s longest network of recreational trails. It offers a wide range of activities through diverse landscapes: wilderness, greenways, blueways, urban, rural and roadways. 10 Once complete, The Great Trail will stretch nearly 24,000 km from the Atlantic to the Pacific and Arctic oceans, linking Canadians in more than a thousand communities.
