Bring on the fall drinks

And for once, I’m not referring to pumpkin spiced lattes. Consider placing a pot of hot water paired with some seasonal teas and a coffee thermos by the front door during your listings. With chilly weather headed our way, your clients will love the invitation for a warm, inviting cup of their go-to drink the moment they walk into your showing. Consider adding a fall vibe to the mugs you provide them with as well. These are a great, trendy option with a subtle nod to the fall season.

Incorporating textures into your fall décor is the perfect way to bring richness and warmth into your space. And this doesn’t just mean
