1. Be a neat freak.

See the trend here? From growing your sphere to closing transactions, there are many ways to start adding video into your real estate routine. Here are some areas we recommend getting started with video content:

Social media posts — Social media is the perfect place to start playing around with video. These could be of your daily life, open house teasers, a behind-the-scenes look at the home you’re staging, office events, you name it.

Testimonials — Ask your favorite repeat customers if they’ll send you one or sit down for a video testimonial!

Your bio — We could go on and on about this one, but instead of rambling, we suggest you watch this. It’s the perfect example of a video bio done right.

Home tours — We mentioned this above. Just because you’ve had professional photos/videos done, it doesn’t mean you can’t splash in your own mini home tour video, calling out your favorite parts of the home that lookers might’ve missed.

Listings — Definitely make sure to hire a videographer along with your photographer for your listings. Photos are one thing, but video makes things real.

Advertising — Don’t forget to use the video testimonials, video bios, and professional listing videos in your advertising!

2. Amazon's Alexa Flash Briefing

As we all know, Amazon is taking over the entire world, one acquisition at a time. If there’s any way to hop on that bullet train, you should. We found out a unique way you can do just that and wow your clients at the same time. Do Flash Briefings ring a bell?

Turns out, you can create your own. Not only is this a great skill to add to your tool kit, but how insanely cool will it be when your clients and prospects listen to YOUR flash briefing for their real estate updates?? We’d call that a hook, line, and sinker. Start setting up your very own Flash Briefing here.
