The
Wall
In the last issue we took you Off the Wall by
showcasing the artist’s themselves working on
their murals. This time around we wanted to flip
the conversation around to feature the artwork
again but through the lens of a local
photographer named Tom Schmuki. While
the artwork showcased evokes strong subject
matter and historical context Tom is also
able to weave the timeless with the time
sensitive and relevancy of the New Miami that
is 80s throwback, future geometric, never not
working (we see you Julz) and ritualistically
never a black and white society. So to the 50
Shades of Miami and beyond we raise this
Jameson shot to you!
