In order for us to allow our participating
chefs full creativity, most events do not
include vegetarian or gluten-free options.
As the festival grows, we hope to add
more events to accommodate dietary
restrictions. Contact us if your company
or group might be interested in
sponsoring a diet-specific event.
Consuming raw or undercooked meats,
poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may
increase your risk of foodborne illness.
If you’re attending an outdoor event, be
sure to wear sunscreen!

Please drink responsibly; call the
Delaware Designated Driver Program
at (302) 999-9079 if you find yourself
without a sober driver.
Tickets are non-refundable.
All Festival events are ticketed, with access to
the space exclusive to paying guests.
All ticket sales are web-based. If you need
assistance with your ticket purchase, please
call the ticketing hotline at 1-800-656-0713.
Upon purchase of a ticket, you will receive a
purchase confirmation email as both a ticket and
a receipt for the purchase. We advise you to print
your tickets and bring them with you to events.
You may also use the e-ticket in your purchase
confirmation email to check in. If you do not have
a physical ticket or an e-ticket, we can admit you
if your ID matches the information on our list.
Weather contingency plans are in place for
events. If an event must be moved, you will
receive an email notification.
No tickets will be sold at the door of an event
unless otherwise noted. If available, you may
buy advance tickets within minutes of an event’s
start time.
Your ticket is all inclusive, however, you may wish
to be prepared for valet service or parking fees.
Bring your checkbook or credit card for auction
and wine purchases.
Most events have a set capacity. Tickets are sold
on a first-come basis.
You may purchase tickets for someone else.
Please make sure to list each guest name for
each event you’re purchasing tickets for.
If someone purchased a ticket for you and
you’ve lost your ticket, please call 302.660.2200
for assistance.

Most events are open seating except
for the Gala Winemakers Dinner. Call
302.660.2200 if you need to request
seating arrangements for the Gala.
Additional event seating assignments
are not guaranteed, but we will do our
best to accomodate your request.

To redeem a gift certificate or discount
code, enter it during the checkout
process on Ticketing Page 1 of 3.
attire
Some events have a recommended
attire, such as black tie. Evening events
are likely more formal than earlier
events. You may be sharing space with
someone dressed up for a later event,
so for everyone’s comfort business
casual is the minimum recommended
level of attire for most events. Please
use your best judgment and smile pretty
for our cameras!
Weather in May can be cool or warm or
rainy; layering is encouraged.
