A relaxing 3-course lunch, paired with 4 South African
wines, introduced by the winemaker, with bucolic

of an important stagecoach stop, Buckley’s Tavern
continues an area tradition of graciously welcoming
wayfarers.

with fresh pea puree and pea tendrils, slow-braised
lamb shoulder with creamy barley, fava beans and
