Fuel up with a 3-course scrapple menu. Our chefs envision
2 savory scrapple courses, and one sweet “dessert scrapple”
and serve it in the grandest breakfast spot in the region.
Scrapple appeared regularly in the news in 2014, and we can’t
help but feel a bit of pride over elevating the profile of this
defining breakfast meat of the MidAtlantic.
Menu highlights: Veal cheek scrapple with foie gras and red
pea hash, poached egg and blueberry agave syrup, venison
jalapeno scrapple, aged cheddar Anson Mills grits, fried egg,
bourbon-glazed plums and micro-celery, plus dessert scrapple
Chefs: Keith Miller, Pat D’Amico, Michele Mitchell
There is perhaps no food that unites the MidAtlantic quite
like scrapple. Enjoy 3 courses of this beloved breakfast meat,
elevated by talented Festival chefs.
Menu highlights: Wild boar and pheasant scrapple with
poached egg, charred tomato and Hollandaise, open-faced
scrapple sliders with cage-free sunny side egg and spicy aioli,
crispy scrapple with strawberry compote, Marcona almonds
and Chantilly cream
Chefs: Bill Murphy, Darryl Harmon, Michael Ryan
Winemaker Richard Grosche from Weingut Reichsrat von
Buhl will be here to premiere the winery’s new sparkling wine
