2019 CALENDAR DATES FOR CLUB
SUBSCRIPTION RECEIPTS AND HMV
INSPECTIONS AND LOG BOOKS

lub Registration will continue on
Saturdays from 10am to 12 noon
for the dates shown below:-
For subscription payments for 2019
year and the associated log book up-
dates/replacements, the club rooms
will continue to be open on February
2, 9, 16 and 23.
When you arrive to pay your subscrip-
tion, please ensure you have your log
book and blue registration papers.
After payment, you will receive your
membership card for 2019, ask for your
white index card and proceed to an in-
spector for the log book update or re-
placement.
Normal operations will resume for the
remainder of the year, from March to
October on the 2 nd and 4 th Saturdays
of each month.
On November 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, and
December 7 and 14, 2019, the club
rooms will be open in advance of the
Club’s financial year of 2020, to re-
ceive subscription payments, update
or replace log books and stamp blue
registration papers.

Please note, the log book replacement
date is based on the date of expiry for
the third year of Club Membership.
As mentioned in the December maga-
zine, the red inked date shown on the
front cover is no longer correct.
If your log book expires by the end of
February, 2019, the blue registration
papers have to be stamped and de-
tails recorded by an inspector before
you can be issued with a replacement
log book. Remember to bring $5 for the
new log book.
Alternately, you can use the postal op-
tion for the subscription payment and
log book update/replacement. Remem-
ber a stamped self addressed envelope
must be included along with your sub-
scription, the blue registration pa-
pers, the existing log book and $5 if
replacement is necessary.
