Well done Laurie Houghton. Other Events – there were several other events, some of which were not necessar- ily “official MG Car Club of SA events” that were attended by our club members. The annual Climb to The Eagle Run, the McLaren Vale Vintage & Classic day, the Bay to Birdwood Rally, the British Classics Tour at Victor Harbor and the Adelaide Mo- torsport Festival in April. In signing off, the MG Car club, relies on unpaid volunteers, who give their time for the benefit of all members. Without these people we could not operate or provide the level of service and compliance with the statutory requirements that are necessary for the execution of the day to day duties involved in successfully running our club. We should be thankful that in the past 12 months we have been fortunate in having a team of volunteers to do just this. On behalf of all club members I sincerely thank all of these people, regardless of the level of their contribution during the year. Sup- port the new committee for 2019.
