There has been a very enthusiastic response to this
event and the organisers are very pleased with the
number of registrations which have almost
reached capacity of 80 registrants.
Should you have interest in this event please speak
with either Barbara ( 0434 826 505) or Wendy (0407
310 387) prior to forwarding any registration forms or deposits to the MG
Club , and / or booking accommodation without an affirmative response from
either of us beforehand.
Be assured that adequate accommodation options do remain ( including at
the Clare Country Club )
We will be happy to include you on a waiting list in the event of any
cancellations, once numbers reach 80 .
Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Unfortunately, we have no
capacity at some of our function venues to increase this number ,
