Hi Members and Friends
Welcome to 2018 !!
and a Sprint at the new
Tailem Bend Super Cir-
cuit on the Sunday, and we would sin-
cerely appreciate your help as we re-
quire volunteers to assist in the running
of these two events. Berry has already
started on the Kimber Run calendared
on November 4 th , using the same start
venue, but a finish yet to be decided.
Wendy Turner has offered to organise
this year’s Weekender, most likely to
Clare, more information to follow. We
are also currently working on a date for
The “All MG Day”, and we will make this
information available to you once con-
firmed.
March sees our AGM, a most important
function where we select our Club Com-
mittee for the remainder of the year.
Please give this the thought and effort it
deserves.

I
hope you all had a joyous and relax-
ing Christmas and New Year, spent
with family and loved ones.
The Christmas Dinner was a really great
night; a fitting end to a very busy and
eventful 2017. Once again I would like to
sincerely thank all of you for your indi-
vidual contribution in making the year
the success it was. It is just a pity that
we cannot fit more of our members into
the Clubrooms for such big social occa-
sions. Father Christmas and Elfie were
up to their usual best, and undoubtedly
embarrassed a few of our unsuspecting
members with an assortment of awards
and gifts.
Moving forward, I hope to see as many
of you as often as I can, participating at
the many events and functions our won-
derful Club has to offer.
Needless to say, this year will go just as
quickly as 2017.
Organisation has
started on the “June Long Weekend
Challenge” with Victoria. There will be a
Hillclimb at Collingrove on the Saturday,
