CLUB REGISTRATION FOR
HISTORIC MOTOR VEHICLES
2019 CALENDAR DATES FOR CLUB
SUBSCRIPTION RECEIPTS AND HMV
INSPECTIONS AND LOG BOOKS
Next year, Club Registration will take
place on Saturdays from 10am to 12
noon on the following dates:-
For subscription payments for 2019
year and the associated log book
updates/replacements, the club
rooms will be open on January 5, 12
and 19, and February 2, 9, 16 and 23,
Normal operations will resume for the
remainder of the year, from March to
October on the 2 nd and 4 th Saturdays
of each month,
At the end of the year for subscription
payments for 2020 year and the as-
so ci at ed l og boo k upd at e s/
replacements, the club rooms will be
open on November 2, 9, 16, 23 and
30, and December 7 and 14.
Now, a reminder: Replacement of ex-
pired log books may be sooner than you
think. The red inked date for log book
replacement is shown on the front
cover, is no longer valid. The important
date from now on will be the date of
expiry for the third year of club member-
ship. The front cover date will be cor-
rected when the log book is updated in
the January / February period next year.
A new log book will be required if this
year’s membership details are shown
under “Membership Year 3” (found on
page 4 in from the front cover). The
insert “fourth year” is no longer valid.
So, please bring your new member-
ship card to show you are continuing
as a financial member, your blue rego
papers for us to stamp to prove you are
the owner of the vehicle and finally,
your log book, for update or replace-
ment. Remember to bring $5 for log
book replacement is required.
Alternately, use the postal method for
subs payment, log book update/
replacement if desired. Remember a
stamped self addressed envelope is
required along with the blue rego pa-
pers and your log book, and also $5 if
the log book is about to expire. I.e. if the
third year, as above, shows the 2018
year entries.
