CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1 . All entrants are bound by the Conditions of Entry upon submitting an Entry Form and agree to observe these conditions .
2 . All MG ’ s must be registered or on a permit and driven by a licensed driver who complies with the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act 1959 as amended .
3 . Payment of entry fees will determine entry number in strict chronological sequence . 4 . Entries definitely close on Friday 26rd October 5 . All participants will observe the current road laws and all speed limits over the route . 6 . All participants shall conduct themselves in an orderly manner . 7 . Participants are subject to the directions and control , in all things , of the organisers of the run and their agents . 8 . The organiser of the run will be The MG Car Club of SA Inc . 9 . The following indemnity must be signed by owners / drivers of all vehicles participating in this event : a ) All entrants / owners / drivers and passengers enter and participate in these runs solely at their own risk , b ) The organisers of this event and their agents do not admit liability for any loss or damage suffered by or to any entrant , driver or passenger through any circumstances , c ) In completing and signing this form I acknowledge that I have read , understood and accept the Conditions of Entry to the Annual Australian Kimber Run 2018
