tle , clean out and reassemble . I would say that this single action has given me the biggest noticeable result in all the rebuild . By washing out the seized one , its working well again ( I have since then pulled off the front ones and washed them out as well ). New banjo bolts were required at the rear as the originals were about 30 % worn through . Reassembled the back end and she handles speed bumps a lot better than before .
Lesson learnt – never assume anything will be a quick job on a 60 year old car – check your rear shocker oil , because its likely no one else ever has . ( I checked my diff which holds
