MG Car Club of South Australia
managed to rush in to sign the book in
the TC block paid $5.00 but never
picked out their numbers, on the other
hand Moe Buckley threw in the money ,
took his two numbers and then returned
at the end of the night to sign in, I SAy
boys you are a hard act to follow.
I SAy , I SAy !
Well, I have to fess up now and SAy
that Don Walker has pulled the barn-
yard, chicken coop find of the season in
the back blocks of NSW to capture a
fine relic , drophead SA Tourer and
hauled it home to Goolwa, a feat only
rivalled by Doc Dallwitz who “pulled” his
TC from the fowl shed in the sand dunes
at Largs Bay earlier this year.
The Doc bought a case of Coke to clean
up the chrome on the car, however Don
Walker will be needing much more than
that, but it is great to have another Pre-
war MG SA in the club, congratulations
Don, very well done I SAy . There is a
great photo of his car on the website.

Peter Auld
In closing I would like to extend on be-
half of all of us, our best wishes to Peter
Auld for his coming surgery which is
pretty invasive I believe , hoping that
recovery is swift for him.
That’s about it for this month’s report,
those who have missed out on selection
again can lodge a claim with the Produc-
tivity Commission as far as I am con-
cerned.
See you at Kenny Fisher’s .
