MG Car Club of South Australia
PRESIDENTS REPORT
From.. .Adrian Ward
H
i Members and Friends
Over the last few weeks we have
had the Weekender to Kangaroo Island,
which was a fantastic event, thanks to
Neil Stagg, event organiser, and to
Wendy Sauer for her help in arranging
accommodation and Ferry transport for
the attendees.
The Kimber Run organised by Berry and
Rebecca Treffers, and Dick Manning
had a new start venue and a finish at the
Birdwood Motor Museum. You had your
own choice of a coffee stop along the
route, and it was a truly great day. Com-
ment was received of a non-MG driver
overtaking several MGB’s was the only
negative for the day. Berry stated his
wish to organise next year’s event, pos-
sibly to Clare, thanks Berry.
If you wish to partici-
pate in the new year,
please let me know.
I would like to thank ALL the members
who have been involved in the multitude
of events and functions throughout
2017. Without your commitment and
dedication to the Club and its members,
these events and functions would not
have been the success they were.
In closing I wish you all a Merry Christ-
mas and a very safe and Happy New
Year.
Keep on MG’ing.....!!
Regards
Adrian Ward
President
The Stewart Bowes Motorsport Night
which was organised by Dick Manning
with introduction by Ed Ordynski would
have been run and for those in atten-
dance I know you would have enjoyed
yourselves.

Our monthly “Feature Car” which we
