Nurture Happiness and Positivity to Maximize Optimum Health
By Abi Salas
Life is a real roller coaster ride. We
often burst with emotions to express.
Sometimes you're up and that’s a good
thing, sometimes you're down, that’s still
a good thing - sometimes you're upside
down - still a good example of a perfect
human being.
Normally, when people achieve their
goals in life, their outlook is cheery and
bright. Frustration and depression usually
saps our energy.
But there’s always good news. One
simply needs to learn how to embrace
whatever emotions may come and turn
it into something positive. One has to
strive to see a bright, positive outcome to
whatever one is doing. And being optimistic
is healthy. Yes, it’s healthy for your heart.
And by mastering it, you will see great
changes in your life.
Healthy habits are necessary for
good health. You need to embrace it. The
choices we make each day affect our whole
outlook. Happiness and health are related
and can affect each other. Anything you
enjoy doing, when done, makes you happy.
Because energy cannot be destroyed it can
only transfer. So create that positive energy
and positive vibes. Spread the happiness,
scatter the joy, and share the love in the air
as you breathe.
Too much negative thinking and too
much stress can make a person unhealthy.
Living in our society nowadays led to a
technologically advanced way of life, and
sometimes we still experience this stress
coping with our high-tech environment.
We are anxious on financial worries,
work rush etc. - thus making us eat and
sleep less. This affects our personal and
professional lives. When we ourselves feel
that negativity, there is a tendency to be
impatient with those around us. As we work
hard, we should also play hard. Keep in
touch with your network of friends and get
involved with the community to maintain
positive health.
Our attitude towards life in general,
and the satisfaction we get, contributes
to our happiness and health. If we sense
achievement, contentment, and purpose
it surely brings happiness. When we are
able to accomplish our goals and dreams,
then we are happy. Happiness is all about
living for the moment, being optimistic, and
accepting the realities of life.
From there, one feels healthier and
ready to face life's changes. The whole
body chemistry is affected and the bodily
systems function well when one finds
happiness in his or her life. There's more
time for family and friends, lessening the
stress from work.
Overall, doing activities that you enjoy
can be the best way to have a fulfilling and
healthy life. Nurture your happiness within
by practicing gratitude, allow yourself
to enjoy what you enjoy - whatever it is,
engage with it.
Practice optimism. Argue with yourself
about negative vibes and splatter the
positive energy all around you. Choose to
be happy, to be healthy, and to be positive
every single day.
