manner to try to empower people to not worry about anyone else.

Mike: It's very impressive hearing that. You are very conscious of your fans who may be going through tough times.

Jackie: I am and it's still hard for my mom to understand the whole swearing aspect of it.

Mike: You have one of those too, huh?

Jackie: Oh Yeah! "Well maybe.... you shouldn't say the F word!" "Maybe you should say like, Screw Them!" And I am like "Mom, it's just a more empowering word!" " "But its a bad word Jackie!" "But I am not using this specific word in a negative manner!" I am using it in a positive manner! She is coming around to it. (laughs)

Mike: In the past, we have interviewed members of Mushroomhead. mainly J-Mann, Waylon and Skinny. How did it come to be that you started working with them?

Jackie: I worked with Skinny in 2004. He approached us to produce one of my albums and that's how I met Skinny. We were in the studio working on my album for six to eight months together in 2004. Shortly after we started working together we started dating. We never wanted to mix our two pursuits together, it was more of a pop rock sound that my band was being pushed into. I mean it really wasn't me and I was still trying to write. As the years went by, it gradually turned into a heavier sound. Eventually, I started working with them. I actually did one song for them for the Halloween show in Clevelend. It was a song that was on one of their albums years ago. They never did it live and they had a big female vocalist in it. They contacted me and asked me if I would be interested and maybe singing this part live for the Halloween show. So we did the big white gown and snow and it was very theatrical and it came across huge! After they got so much feed back about it, they were like "Well, why don't we write a song for the new album and have you sing in it? That was the first song that we debuted off of the new album and they debuted it Australia for the first time at the Soundwave Festival and the song CRUSHED! After that started happening, there was a lot of attention. "Who's the girl?" "What's the girl doing"? From there, came this new HBO thing, and the label contacted Skinny and said that they had been contacted by HBO and they asked about you guys doing a song for them, what do you guys think? Skinny said yes and that he was a huge fan of the show! So HBO got back to Skinny and said "Awesome!, we want the girl on it too!"

MIke: Is this the project with Game Of Throne's that you are referencing?

Jackie; Yes! So then I got to do that, and that was awesome! I was so honored to be a part of that and it came out so cool. So now a lot of people think I am in the band, which I don't think they really get that I am just a guest. I am Jackie from Unsaid Fate.

Mike: As an artist, is that something that you take pride in saying?

Jackie: I do because I don't think a lot of their fans realize that I have been in a band on stage since I was 10 years old. Some say, well she is only in the band because she is with Skinny, she is dating Skinny ,that's why she is in the band and that's not the case at all, I was in a band a decade before I even met Skinny. One day they will find out , they will realize.(laughs)

Mike: Do you see yourself continuing to guest on Mushroomhead songs on albums as well as on tour?

Jackie: I do, and because of that, we tour a lot with them. That's awesome to be on the road and pick up fans on the platform. I know Skinny is excited to see us perform on bigger festivals without them. He is very positive and he has a lot of faith in what is to come for us next! As long as it is something that makes sense for me to do, I will.

Mike: What are some things that your fans can look forward to coming up in the near future?

Jackie: The new album! I know coming up here shortly we will be able to announce some really cool tours. UGH, everything I want to talk about I cant talk about! We will have some cool guests on the album. More video work that I can't talk
