Mike: How did you form up and how did the idea of ArnoCorps become a reality?

Holzfeuer: Hey, let me tell you, the world is what you make of it! This band right here, ArnoCorps, became reality because we had a ballsy goddamn vision and we were ballsy enough to see it through, right there. Let me tell you, despite the naysayers, the challenges, having no examples of other bands like us to follow, we charged forward. We had to be the trailblazers and all that, of course, can always be a risk, right? Anybody can really be a pioneer if they can only first acknowledge that their idea has merit in the first place, exactly. There are so many ideas out there that never see the lights of day because many in today’s world are brought up with the mindset to follow, rather than lead. ArnoCorps encourages our listeners to believe in themselves and believe in what they’re capable of! Alright! We also encourage them to crush their enemies, see them driven before you and hear the lamentations of their women. Hey come on, we’re a rescue team, not assassins, so you can take that as ballsy goddamn metaphor, right there. To crush the barriers and challenges that all of us face, these are the enemies we all encounter, right? Of course! THIS is how ArnoCorps came to reality. Our first live action adventure audio assault in California happened at 924 Gilman Street in Berkeley, February of 2001, right there. Based on the energy of that night, the pump that was experienced, the people that were impacted by our performance, hey, if we ended the band after that one performance, I still would have considered it a success. Good thing each day presents new opportunities, because here we still are, taking names and kicking ass, being interviewed by studs like you!

Mike: How would you define your band’s sound for someone that has not heard your music yet?

Holzfeuer: Come on, I would define our sound as ballsy, heroic, fantastic, and goddamn unbelievable! We call our music action adventure hardcore rock ’n’ roll, of course. I have heard it described by many as sounding like a combination of punk rock and the heavy metal music, but each song is different and we are not formulaic in our songwriting. We have no interests

in following current trends when writing songs, either, we aspire to create timeless, powerful music that will stand theheroic test of time. This probably keeps us from having more mainstream acceptance, but we believe it benefits usin the goddamn long

run to remain true to a pure sound of ballsy heroics. We hope that

our music will continue to inform and empower for generations to

come, long after we’re gone. I anticipate ArnoCorps will be completely engrained in the fabric

of society many decades from now, simply because we're ahead of our goddamn time, let me tell you!

Mike: It is said by many, including yourselves that ArnoCorps is "The Greatest Band Of All Time" Why do you and many others believe this to be true?

Holzfeuer: Besides being a natural byproduct of our heroic intentions, to say we are the greatest band of all time, that, right there, is an expression of ballsiness and belief in what we are doing. We are of the mindset that everyone should aspire to have this view of themselves and their own pursuits, right there. If you are going to strive to create something, why not endeavor to create the greatest example there has ever been or ever will be? If a band forms and the members do not have the belief that they are the greatest, then maybe they should try again, right there. Exactly!

Throughout the history of mankind, the stories most often told through song are those of great deeds and fantastic adventures. ArnoCorps carries on the tradition by bringing to audiences original musical interpretations of ancient Austrian lore and mythology, such as Terminator, Commando, Predator, Total Recall, and True Lies. In doing so, ArnoCorps has created a new genre of music: Action Adventure Hardcore Rock n’ Roll!
