WHAT IS THE MOST SATISFYING ASPECT OF YOUR JOB?

I love that I work with nature. It’s so cool that so much beauty can be grown and just cut out of the ground. I also love the joy my work brings to customers, in particular brides. Receiving testimonials from brides who loved my work brings me great satisfaction. I have even received texts from brides thanking me on the day/night of their wedding!

WHERE IS THE MOST INSPIRING PLACE YOU HAVE BEEN TO?

This is going to make me sound super nerdy, I’m not I promise, but at the beginning of this year I went to New Zealand on a cruise and we went and visited Hobbiton., from Lord of the Rings. I know it's man made but it was the most tranquil, beautiful paradise I have ever been to. I very much could live in a hobbit house and grow pumpkins, carrots and flowers all day long and have parties under the party tree at night.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR VISION FOR WILLOW FLOWERS IN ONE SENTENCE?

I would say 'Bringing joy through creating visually pleasing pieces' I want there to always be something positive coming out of everything I do. I also want to make sure that i am following the direction given by brides and clients to make sure I am fullfilling what it is they imagined.

HOW DO YOU DEFINE CREATIVITY FOR YOUR OWN LIFE?

Creativity for my own life is when I see something and want to stare at it all day. Or I can’t stop thinking about how good it looks. I don’t know if that is just in the mind of a creative or if everyone gets this, I like to think we all do, but its that first impression feeling you have when you see something that you like. Creativity is an expression of who you are and that is why creativity has got a level of vulnerability and openness about it that allows you to choose what you like.
