I may get in trouble for sharing this as it isn't actually Abigail's most recent book, however, this book changed my creative life. Abigail introduced me to a dark inky world of design where rules can be broken.

This book lives permanently on my coffee table so that I can access it for quick reference. It explains different styles such as boho and eclectic, it talks about balance and proportion, and many other typical 'designy' subjects. What is not typical is Abigail's inspiring interpretation that will take you deep into the rabbit hole.

I am a sucker for a good Anchorman reference. I am also a huge sucker for beautiful hand crafted lamps. So it is not too hard to see why I fell in love with I Love Lamp Co. It’s no secret; the industrial look is killing it at the moment. So if the re-purposed look is something that you are striving for, be sure to snap up one of these treasures. The lamps are made with a mix of concrete, copper and oxidized metal pipes and a range of sizes and bulbs, bringing next level warehouse chic to everyone’s bedside.
