WHAT DID YOU DO BEFORE ILLUSTRATION/TYPOGRAPHY?

Before I stepped into full-time typography, I was in fashion buying. Ironically I studied Fashion & Textile Design with Journalism in Perth for four years before that and had my own label & worked on magazines, so it almost seems that by coming back to Typography I’ve found myself in-between the two fields; writing & designing.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE WAY TO SPEND A SATURDAY?

Well a great Saturday by my standards is any that starts with a sleep in, a run and a delicious brunch but my favourite way to spend Saturday is to do all the above somewhere new & exciting where I can spend the rest of the day exploring and being inspired for the week ahead

Something I’d love to do more often is weekenders up in the Blue Mountains & down in the Southern Highlands as they’re not that far from home and are the perfect places to get out of the city and zone out for a little while.

And when I'm acting my age and not like a nanna on the verge of retirement, I like to go out for drinks with friends at night and unleash my Beyonce-like moves on a spellbound audience. Let's be honest though, my moves are nothing like Beyonce's and nobody is watching.
