is just one of many leftfield ice creams that producers from the South
West churn out using local ingredients. These artisans aren’t only
interested in the weird and wonderful, however, and Vanilla remains
the most popular flavour, while classics such as Mint Chocolate Chip,
Raspberry Ripple and Rum and Raisin are still being served on the
seafront all year long.
