The sun is out (hopefully) but some of Dorset’s most
talented chefs are toiling in their kitchens to bring us
our dishes. Russell Brown gives us what can only be
called a scoop - his precious recipe for perfect Vanilla
Ice Cream. You should eat it after Dominic Brown’s
Smoked Haddock Rarebit though, as it’s packing a
fair amount of heat. Award winning Riverford couple,
Gareth and Gill Rossiter then make the best of abundant summer veg with their Frittata. We end with a
continental classic for outdoor eating, Mark
Cox’s Spanish Omelette.
