PROTECCIÓN MARÍTIMA Y PORTUARIA X INTERNATIONAL FORUM ON PORT AND
MARITIME PROTECTION
Se tuvo como representante al Sr. César Venegas Núñez, Gerente
General de BASC PERÚ, en el décimo Foro sobre “Protección
Marítima y Portuaria”, en la ciudad de Cartagena. Este Foro buscó
promover la cooperación entre los involucrados en la materia
de protección marítima y portuaria, a trav és del intercambio de
información y documentación, para contribuir a lograr la plena,
efectiva y uniforme aplicación de las prescripciones del Código PBIP. César Venegas Núñez, General Manager of BASC PERU,
represented the organization at the tenth Forum on “Port and
Maritime Protection” in the city of Cartagena. The Forum aimed
to promote cooperation among those involved in maritime
and port security through the exchange of information and
documentation to contribute to the full, effective and uniform
application of the ISPS Code.

IN AN IMPORTANT UNCTAD COURSE
El 24 de octubre del 2016 se realizó la clausura del IV Curso de
“Gestión moderna de puertos” del programa de Gestión Portuaria/
TrainForTrade de la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para el
Comercio y el Desarrollo (UNCTAD por sus siglas en inglés). The closing ceremony of the 4th Course on “Modern Ports
Management” of the Port Management / TrainForTrade program
of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development
(UNCTAD) was held on October 24, 2016.
El gerente general de BASC PERÚ, César Venegas Núñez, fue
el participante que logró obtener la más alta calificación de
97 puntos sobre 100, en la presentación y sustentación de su
monografía titulada “La Seguridad en la Cadena de Suministro y
su Complemento con el Código PBIP”, ante un jurado internacional
de expertos portuarios realizado el pasado mes de octubre. Es por
ello que se le invitó a participar de los Talleres de Formador de
Formadores del Curso de Gestión Moderna de Puertos, los mismos
que se realizarán en Lima (Perú) y Valencia (España) del 27 de
febrero al 10 de Marzo del 2017, la UNCTAD busca contar con
instructores que difundirán dicho programa a nivel internacional. The general manager of BASC PERU, César Venegas Núñez,
was the participant who obtained the highest rating of 97 points
out of 100, in the presentation of his paper titled “Security in the
Supply Chain and its Complement with the ISPS Code”, before
an international jury of port experts, last October. That is why
he was invited to participate in the Trainer’s Trainer Workshops
for the Modern Ports Management Course, which will be held
in Lima (Peru) and Valencia (Spain) from February 27 to March
10, 2017, UNCTAD seeks to have trainers who will disseminate
the program at the international level.

Con la presencia de más de cien (100) ejecutivos de las empresas
más importantes del sector logístico, el pasado 10 de noviembre se
realizó el Supply Chain Summit 2016 - Diseñando y Optimizando
la Cadena de Suministro con las mejores prácticas, organizado
por la Asociación Peruana de Profesionales en Logística –
APPROLOG - y el Council of Supply Chain Professionals Perú,
con el apoyo institucional de BASC PERÚ. With the presence of more than one hundred (100) executives
from the most important companies in the supply chain sector,
on November 10, the Supply Chain Summit 2016 - Designing
and Optimizing Supply Chain with best practices was held by
the Peruvian Association Of Professionals in Supply Chain -
APPROLOG - and the Council of Supply Chain Professionals
Peru, with the institutional support of BASC PERU.

SEMANA DE LA CALIDAD QUALITY WEEK
BASC PERÚ, acreditado por ANAB como organismo certificador
ISO y Casa Matriz a nivel mundial, estuvo presente por segunda
vez en el evento Semana de la Calidad 2016, evento organizado
con el principal objetivo de compartir aprendizajes y experiencias
de éxito en la gestión para el fortalecimiento de las organizaciones. BASC PERU, accredited by ANAB as an ISO certification body
and Head Office worldwide, was present for the second time at
the 2016 Quality Week, event organized with the main objective
of sharing learning and successful experiences in management
for strengthening of organizations.
