SEMINARS
Como parte de los beneficios que ofrece BASC PERÚ a los
colaboradores de las empresas certificadas, realiza seminarios
gratuitos con la finalidad de concientizarlos en temas referidos
a la seguridad en el Comercio internacional. Durante el año
2016, se desarrollaron cinco (05) seminarios, en la ciudad de
Lima. Asimismo, s e dieron dos (02) más en la en la Zona Norte
(Piura) y Zona Sur (Ica). As part of the benefits offered by BASC PERU to employees of
certified companies, it organizes free seminars in order to raise
awareness on issues related to security in international trade.
During the year 2016, five (05) seminars were held in the city
of Lima. Likewise, there were two (02) more in the northern
region (Piura) and the southern Region (Ica).

LA SEGURIDAD EN LA ACTIVIDAD PESQUERA Seminar:
SECURITY IN THE FISHING INDUSTRY
En el mes de febrero se llevó a cabo el seminario gratuito “La
Seguridad en la Actividad Pesquera”, dentro de las instalaciones
de la Sociedad de Industrias (SNI) en el que se congregó a
más de ochenta (80) participantes pertenecientes a empresas
del sector pesquero, tales como exportadores, importadores,
agentes aduanales, entre otros. La Clausura del evento estuvo
a cargo del Sr. Ricardo Bernales, Primer Vicepresidente de la
SOCIEDAD NACIONAL DE PESQUERÍA y Director de BASC
PERÚ con el tema de Perspectivas del Sector Pesquero:
“Situación actual y proyecciones para el presente año”. In February, the free seminar “Security in the Fishing Industry”
was held in the facilities of the National Society of Industries
(SNI), gathering more than eighty (80) participants from the
fishing sector, such as exporters, importers, customs agents,
among others. The closing ceremony was led by Mr. Ricardo
Bernales, First Vice-president of the NATIONAL FISHING
ASSOCIATION and Director of BASC PERU, speaking on the
subject of Perspectives of the Fishing Sector: “Current situation
and projections for this year”.

Realizado en el mes de abril, dentro de las instalaciones de la
Sociedad Nacional de Industrias (SNI), el evento congregó a
más de ciento cincuenta (150) participantes involucrados en el
comercio internacional marítimo. La primera ponencia estuvo
a cargo del Dr. Juan Mendoza Abarca, Fiscal Provincial Titular
Antidrogas de la 14° Fiscalía Provincial, quien expuso sobre
el Deber de Custodia y Cuidado en el Control de Mercancías
Sospechosas; Seguido del Sr. Xavier Montes Essenwanger, Jefe
de Servicios al Asociado – Sociedad de Comercio Exterior del
Perú, quien abordó el tema de las Oportunidades Comerciales y
Nuevos Mercados para Exportaciones. Held in April at facilities of the National Society of Industries (SNI),
the event brought together more than one hundred fifty (150)
participants involved in international maritime trade. The first
presentation was given by Dr. Juan Mendoza Abarca, Provincial
Antidrug Prosecutor of the 14th Provincial Prosecutor’s Office,
who talked about the Duty of custody and care in suspicious cargo
control. He was followed by Mr. Xavier Montes Essenwanger,
Chief of Associate Services - Peruvian Foreign Trade Society, who
addressed the topic of Trade opportunities and new markets for
exports.

CARGA POR VÍA TERRESTRE Seminar:

Se llevó a cabo el 16 de junio en las instalaciones de la Sociedad
Nacional de Industrias (SNI), congregando a más de ciento
ochenta (180) representantes de nuestras empresas asociadas,
quienes pudieron conocer más sobre el transporte terrestre como
socio estratégico en la cadena de suministro, las oportunidades
de mejora que existen en la gestión de seguridad del transporte
de carga terrestre y las estadísticas de robo de contenedores que
actualmente se tienen en la jurisdicción del Callao. Asimismo,
se contó con las ponencias del Cmdte. (PNP) César Rojas, Jefe
del Departamento de Interdicción Terrestre de la División de
Investigación contra el desvío de Insumos Químicos, quien expuso
sobre las “Estadísticas de Contaminación en el Sector Terrestre y
Modalidad en el Desvío de Insumos Químicos y Droga”, seguido
del Sr. Raúl Solórzano, Especialista en Gestión de Riesgos en
Minería y Transporte Multimodal quien presentó el tema “Gestión
de Transportes de Carga Terrestre”; y finalmente el Ing. Omar
Linares experto en logística del Ministerio de Transportes y
Comunicaciones y asesor del viceministro , quien desarrolló el tema
“Sistema Inteligente de Transporte para la Eficiencia Logística”. It was held on June 16 at the facilities of the National Society
of Industries (SNI), bringing together more than one hundred
eighty (180) representatives of our associate companies,
who were able to learn more about ground transportation
as a strategic partner in the supply chain, opportunities
for improvement in ground cargo security management,
and statistics on container theft in the jurisdiction of Callao.
Likewise, there were presentations by Police Major (PNP) César
Rojas, Chief of the Terrestrial Interdiction Department of the
Investigation division against the diversion of chemical supplies,
who spoke about “Pollution Statistics in the Terrestrial Sector
and Mode of Transport of Chemicals and Drugs”, followed by
Mr. Raúl Solórzano, Specialist in Risk Management in Mining
and Multimodal Transport, who presented the theme “Land
Cargo Transport Management”, and finally engineer Omar
Linares, logistics expert from the Ministry of Transport and
Communications and advisor to the Deputy Minister, who held
the topic “Intelligent Transport System for Logistics Efficiency”.
