JUDICIAL DEL PERÚ NEW AGREEMENT WITH THE JUDICIARY
OF PERU
El 04 de mayo del presente año, BASC PERÚ firmó el Convenio
de Cooperación Interinstitucional con el Poder Judicial del Perú, el
mismo que consta de 14 cláusulas. El convenio está orientado a
establecer un marco de mutua cooperación entre el Sector Público
(Poder Judicial) y sector privado (BASC PERÚ) en consideración al
interés conjunto de contribuir a la seguridad jurídica de nuestro país,
con énfasis en la gestión de riesgos de la cadena de suministro del
comercio exterior. Ambas partes se comprometieron a desarrollar
de manera conjunta actividades de capacitación (conferencias,
cursos, seminarios, etc.) y todo tipo de actividades que permitan
promover una cultura de seguridad y protección en el comercio
internacional contra los riegos de narcotráfico, terrorismo, lavado
de activos, contrabando y otras actividades ilícitas, en beneficio de
los jueces y asociados de BASC PERÚ. On May 4 this year, BASC PERU signed the Inter-institutional
Cooperation Agreement with the Judiciary of Peru, which
consists of 14 clauses. The agreement is aimed at establishing
a framework of mutual cooperation between the public sector
(Judiciary) and the private sector (BASC PERU), considering
the joint interest in contributing to legal security in our
country, with emphasis on risk management of the supply
chain foreign trade. Both parties committed to jointly carry
out training activities (conferences, courses, seminars, etc.)
and all kinds of activities to promote a culture of security and
protection in foreign trade against the risks of drug trafficking,
terrorism, money laundering, smuggling and other illicit
activities, for the benefit of judges and BASC PERU members.

COMERCIO AMERICANA DEL PERÚ -
AMCHAM NEW AGREEMENT WITH THE AMERICAN
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF PERU –
AMCHAM
El 21 de octubre del 2016, BASC PERÚ firmó el Convenio de
Cooperación Interinstitucional con la Cámara de Comercio
Americana del Perú – AMCHAM, con la finalidad de desarrollar
acciones de capacitación, participación en eventos y misiones
comerciales. Asimismo, se busca realizar conjuntamente eventos
especializados para el sector exportador agrícola y exportador
textil a fin de dar a conocer la importancia de implementar el
Sistema de Gestión en Control y Seguridad (SGCS) BASC. On October 21, 2016, BASC PERU signed the Inter-institutional
Cooperation Agreement with the American Chamber of
Commerce of Peru – AMCHAM in order to take actions
in training, event participation and commercial missions.
Likewise, this agreement seeks to jointly organize specialized
events for the agricultural and textile export sectors in order
to raise awareness of the importance of implementing the
BASC Management and Security Control System (SGCS).
