INTERNATIONAL AUDITORS FROM PERU

En el 2016, se realizaron once (11) Reuniones con los Auditores
Internacionales WBO. Estas reuniones tienen como objetivo
uniformizar criterios para la ejecución de auditorías, obtener
información objetiva sobre la efectividad del Sistema de Gestión
en Control y Seguridad (SGCS) BASC e intercambiar buenas
prácticas de seguridad. Asimismo, la participación de los Jefes de
Área del equipo BASC PERÚ permitió compartir ideas y comunicar
información de interés de dichas áreas, así como recibir
comentarios acerca de las necesidades e inquietudes recibidas de
los asociados BASC, durante la realización de las auditorías. During 2016, eleven (11) meetings were held with WBO
International Auditors. These meetings aim at standardizing
criteria for audit fulfillment, obtaining objective information
about the effectiveness of the BASC Management and Security
Control System (SGCS), and exchanging best practices in
security. Likewise, the participation of BASC PERU Chiefs of
Department allowed them to share ideas and communicate
information of interest in those departments, as well as
receive feedback on the needs and concerns BASC members
mentioned during audit fulfillment.

Durante el año 2016, se logró la certificación de cien (100)
empresas, tras haber implementado satisfactoriamente el
Sistema de Gestión en Control y seguridad (SGSC) BASC en
sus operaciones. En el siguiente gráfico se muestra la cantidad
de empresas certificadas por mes: During 2016, a hundred (100) companies were certified,
having successfully implemented the BASC Management
and Security Control System (SGCS) in their operations. The
following chart shows the number of certified companies per
month: Se puso en práctica el proyecto “Uso de la herramienta
tecnológica IRISTRACE”. Esta plataforma virtual se viene
utilizando para el desarrollo de las auditorías, permitiendo reducir
los tiempos de entrega de los reportes, así como identificar
estadísticamente los hallazgos en común y repetitivos, con el
fin de poder orientar de manera más eficaz: el programa de
auditorías de control y el programa de capacitaciones. The project “Use of IRISTRACE technological tool” was put
into practice. This virtual platform is being used for audit
implementation, allowing reports’ delivery times to reduce,
statistically identifying common, repetitive findings in order
to lead the control audit program and the training program
more effectively.

Cabe resaltar que se capacitaron a sesenta (60) personas a
través de las charlas de Asociados de Negocio, dadas a las
empresas certificadas, entre las que se destacan: Gloria S.A.,
Inca Lines S.A.C., Asociación Civil Frío Aéreo y Terminal
Portuario de Paracas.

It should be noted that sixty (60) people were trained through
the Business Associates talks, given to certified companies
among which the following stand out: Gloria S.A., Inca Lines
S.A.C., Asociación Civil Frío Aéreo and Terminal Portuario de
Paracas.
