That is why part of our mission is to offer opportunities to educate our member businesses on relevant topics that could impact their bottom line. Whether it’s attending an educational event to hear from community leaders & local businesses or simply keeping up to date with what’s going on in our community by reading our FUSION Newsletter or our Monday Morning News, you’ll get the information you need to grow your business!

Starting a new business? Want to improve on your already existing business? Business counseling through the

El Dorado Chamber can help! We have partnered with our local SCORE chapter, KSBDC & Network Kansas to bring valuable benefits to our membership. We also work with other programs and partners to stay up to date on tools that can help you GROW! Tools such as gap financing, business mentoring, local incentives and more!

From healthcare to transportation, to the cultural economy, we keep you up to date on the issues that impact your business. Our Governmental Affairs “State of the City" Breakfast, "Lunch with Legislators" Wrap-up session, Meet & Greet opportunities and forums present the information you need to know from our elected officials. We keep a watchful eye on the big picture and not only are we dedicated to promoting and supporting business development, but also to representing our business community at local, state and federal levels.

The Ambassador Council is an elite group that serves a

two year term with the St. Tammany West Chamber

of Commerce. They take the lead role in assuring that

each of our member businesses is valued, represented

and connected by calling on existing members to

update them on current activities, policies, and special

events as well as inquiring as to how the Chamber

can best serve them. Ambassadors also act as official

greeters at our monthly luncheons and Business After

Hours events to help new members and first-time

attendees feel more at ease and to introduce them to

other members.

Like all of our committee members,

Ambassadors are volunteers. They are outgoing,

experienced Chamber members who know how to

get the most benefits from their membership, and are

willing to enthusiastically share that knowledge with

other members. They are owners of or employees of

member St. Tammany West businesses.

The mission of the Northshore Rising

Professionals is to bring young professionals

together to engage with one another and the

business, political and community leadership

in an effort to improve our community and

provide a voice for young professionals. They

boast over 50 active members and their goals

include providing social and networking

opportunities, collaboration with other

committees, and community outreach.

The committee’s two signature projects

have recently included their Leadership

Summit in January, drawing in over 100

attendees for a whole day of inspirational

speakers, and Leaders of Tomorrow, a summer

program for high school juniors and seniors.

Whether you’re new in town or have opened an additional branch

or office, let the community know with an official Ground Breaking or

Ribbon Cu tting Event. we’ll provide staff

representation and assistance to make your event a success. What a

great way to create public awareness about your business!

Looking for ways to enhance the value of your membership? The U.S. Chamber’s

Federation P artnership P rogram provides our small business members with two memberships

for the price of one. All St. Tammany West Chamber member businesses receive the benefits

of belonging to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce at no additional cost.

The Federation Partnership was designed with our small businesses in mind to help

strengthen the collective voice of the business community at the federal level. Benefits include:
