Winter Custom Yachts has built two flats style skiffs. Both boats have been constructed with the intent of serving dual roles as fishing platforms and tenders to large custom-built sportfshing boats. Many Carolina style custom builders will not take on smaller projects like flats skiffs or bay boats. Winter Custom Yachts is an exception to the rule.

The magic of building a custom boat comes with the ability to design the boat to you personal specifciations. As the future owner, you get to decide every detail, from the width of the hull to the type of hinges that will be used on hatch covers and rod storage lockers. However, that is not to say that you have to go-it-alone. Tim will use his experience to offer suggestions and recommendations to help guide you through the process.
With these two skiffs, the owners wanted to include (2) bait wells, one can be used as a tank and other bait well. The boats are also equipped with poling platforms, dry storage, forward anchor storage, and tackle storage. The fit and finish of these skiffs are second to none. (continued)
