MEDILINK CORPORATE PARTNER FINCH THE BATTLE FOR TALENT – ARE YOUR BENEFITS KEEPING PACE ?
Attracting and retaining talented staff is a key challenge for businesses in the medical sector , encouraging a reexamining of staff engagement and benefits strategies to ensure they remain relevant .
There has been huge change in this area and traditional benefits , such as life assurance and private medical insurance , are being enhanced by flexible benefits including , immediate access to GPs , dental insurance , health cash plans , childcare vouchers , cycle to work and buying additional holiday .
