Start-of-year kickoff meetings are always highprofile events, but for the Canadian Affiliate of
Roche Diagnostics, a leading manufacturer and
marketer of healthcare diagnostic systems, the
Town Hall Meeting in Montreal was particularly
significant. For the first time, all Roche Diagnostics
Canada employees—Sales, Marketing, Administration and business groups dedicated to specialized therapeutic areas—would be together under
one roof. The meeting presenters would need to
convey information within a short period of
time—a one-day meeting for which the Roche
Diagnostics Canada meeting planners had devised
the theme, “Reaching New Heights.” At the same
time, the key information needed to be presented
in a way that created a memorable and effective
meeting event—and that’s where Media Matrix
