The challenge to change is an ever-present fact of life in the business world today , and the multinational security firm Securitas wanted to address that fact head-on at their Area Vice Presidents meeting . But therein lay the challenge : Break away from the past with a new and different approach to the AVP meeting , while continuing to recognize the successes of the past .
The quest for a new approach led the meeting to be held in Nashville — home of the Country Music Hall of Fame , which became the site for the AVP event . The challenge to Media Matrix producers was to create a meeting event that utilized the setting of the Country Music Hall of Fame , but still communicate the concept of change to the audience .
