maximize their muscular capabilities so that they can swing the way they know is best for them. I’ve had people tell me that they’ve gotten more distance on their shots and had less pain while playing as a result of using our unique process. If you have concerns about your swing, come talk to me. Maybe we’d need to work together for a while or maybe I’d just need to give you some exercises to do at home. Chris Vercelli BA, CMES, MATm ABOUT CHRIS VERCELLI Chris adopted health and fitness as a lifestyle during a teenage battle with leukemia. Chris entered the field of health and fitness in 2005 and was personally trained by the area’s leading Biomechanics and Rehabilitative Exercise Specialist. Chris has since had the privilege of working one on one with over 600 people. This has given him well over 10,000 clinical hours to hone and refine his skills. Chris holds a degree in Exercise Science and has completed over 800 hours of advanced coursework in biomechanics, joint and muscle function, injury rehabilitation, muscle testing and neurophysiology. He holds 4 elite professional certifications and he was the 69th person in the world to earn the Muscle Activation Techniques Master Specialist designation. Chris has written 4 books, he has lectured at The Florida College of Natural Health, and he has been a continuing education provider for the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Chris has had feature articles in The Bradenton Herald and The East County Observer and has been a regular columnist for Totally Tennis Magazine and Play Magazine. Chris has also been interviewed by ABC 7 News, WTTA Great 38, SNN and WSRQ Radio. Chris’ career has mostly been spent working with active boomers and seniors, but he’s also worked one on one with athletes from IMG Academy and with Major League Baseball players on The Pittsburgh Pirates, The Toronto Blue Jays and The Baltimore Orioles. 9
