Some exercises which you can do without any equipment include jogging, running, dancing, squats, crunches and many more. When you exercise you will a sense of achievement you can’t get any where else.

-Try New Things :

Instead of scrolling through Instagram, Facebook or any other social media looking at how fit celebrities are go outside and learn/try new things such as dance lessons, cooking lessons, drama lessons, trying out for sport teams and many more.

Forget what social media is saying about what the perfect body should look like, everyone is different. Nothing on the internet is real is more than just a saying!

Signs of Negative Body Image:

Some signs people show when they have issues with their body image includes the following:

-Skipping meals or picking at food. Also eating alone

-Losing weight rapidly

-Wearing oversized/baggy clothes or clothes you don’t normally where. Some people just like baggy clothes.

-Using diet pills, alcohol or drugs

-Becoming withdrawn and lack of participation from many activities

-Coming up with excuses not to eat

-Comparing themselves to others

-Getting fatigue

-Low self-esteem and confidence
