Seventh Graders Road Trip to Boston

by Rose Adelman, 7G

Last week, the seventh grade class had its annual trip to Boston. After boarding a bus at 6:00 AM, we arrived at our first location: Plymouth plantation. We met real descendents of the Wapanag Indians who were dressed in traditional clothing and showed us their old way of life. We saw their houses--structures made of tree bark and lined with thick fur. They showed us how they cook, make boats and play games. Afterwards, we spent two days traveling from place to place, only stopping to eat. In those two days, we went on a scavenger hunt and a duck tour, and visited a shopping mall, a Holocaust memorial and a Boston Tea Party museum. It was a trip we will all never forget and all upcoming seventh graders should look forward to their 7th grade Boston trip!
