FIBRO: German Precision Crafted in India

IBRO India, the 100% owned subsidiary of FIBRO
GMBH, Germany, has been present in the Indian market
for more than the decadeserving Indian engineering
industry. It started as ‘FIBRO India Standard Parts Pvt Ltd’ in
2008 with rented place at Pirangut, Pune.
FIBRO has two distinct operations-Standard parts also known
as Diecomponents, and Rotary Tables.Over the period of time,
their standard partsfor like guide pillars, bushes, die sets,
cams,gas springs etc. received recognition andappreciation
from the global customers.
FIBRO India has grown in Indian market due to the support and
encouragement received from the esteem clients, suppliers,
friends and well-wishers. As a result, FIBRO moved to the
new location on 7th March 2013 to meetever growing needs
in terms of quality and quantity of their customers. Läpple
AG, the parent company of FIBROGMBH inaugurated the new
plant. Though FIBRO has direct presence in manycountries
across the globe, this is the first manufacturing unit outside
Germany. This new plant has the built-up area of2000sqm to
accommodate the capacity enhancement in the near future
to caterto the global market. The organizationenhanced their
manufacturing capacityby adding equipment and machineries
to reduce the lead time. Again in 2014, Rotary Tables division
ofFIBRO GmbH decided to join hands withFIBRO India for
their business in India. Asa result, FIBRO changed its name to
FIBRO INDIA PRECISION PRODUCTS PRIVATELIMITED, so as to
indicate that FIBRO India isnot restricting its business only to
standardparts activity. In2017, we started the construction of
our 2nd plant adjacent to theexisting one. Our new plant is
now readyfor production. We have successfully commenced
the assembly ofFIBROTOR Rotary Table in 2018.
Based onthe market feedback we keep onadding new
products every year.We are positively responding to the
government initiative of ‘Make in India’.
Recently, FIBRO collaborated with onereputed European
brand - HEMA Maschinenund Apparateschutz GmbH. With
thispartnership, FIBRO India has broadenedtheir product
offerings & will be representing HEMA for Indian Market
henceforth.
Products offered by HEMA are mainly -
Protection and window systems:First range of products -
bellows forthe protection of linear guides – HEMA engineered
the SAMURAI range of product,lamella protected bellows and
aprons and also complete backwall systems. In additionto
spiral springs other products such as telescopic steel covers,
roller systems, machine safety windows. VISIPORT® Spin
windows and LED lighting systems completes the range of
offers.
Clamping and Braking Systems: Within the last ten years
HEMA also enlarged second sphere of competence which
newly includes pneumatic and electromagnetic clamping and
braking systems and also manual and mechanical clamping
systems.
FIBRO India has experienced lots of positive vicissitudes
since its establishment. FIBROIndia’s success is based on the
enthusiasm,creativity and devotion of our employees. The

actions. FIBRO GmbH has praised FIBRO India for meeting the
stringent quality norms set by them.
