his machine is the Latest Development from Arrow
Team. This machine is a Two spindle Machine which
Both Spindle will be Rotating and Also Will be moved
on X and Z axis on both Sides .
This machine is with in built spindle unit and can run up to
5000 rpm.
Spindle unit is with A2-5 spindle and can be fixed with Collet
Chuck up or 3 Jaw chuck or Id clamping, In the middle there
will be Tool Post Slide where we can fix the Stationery tool
holders for Turning, Facing, Threading, Drilling, Boring,
Grooving etc, 5 to 6 tools can be fixed for both Spindle S1 and
S2. Both Spindles will be working simultaneously to save the
cycle time. This machine can be used with manual Loading at
only Spindle 1 and Spindle 1 to Spindle 2 will be Automatically
Transferred,
We can also make fully Auto loading using Vibratory feeders,
Chute and Unloading and conveyor, and finished job will be
collected outside the machine. This machine is fixed with
High pressure coolant system and also can be provided Flush
coolant system for easy chip cleaning,
Machine is provided with 2 Screw type Conveyor for Easy chip
disposal outside the machine.
High Precision heavy duty Linear Roller Guide ways are used
and also High precision Ball screw with double Nut assembly
with Support bearings are used. Machine can be fixed with
Fanuc / Syntech from Taiwan, This machine is very much
useful for all type of Forged/Secondary operation Jobs like
Bushes, Hydraulic Fittings, Adaptors, Valve Guide, Auto parts.

This machine is recently developed and new Launch for
Imtex, This is simple Slant bed CNC lathe with Spindle bore of
32mm, and Slant bed with easy chip disposal system. Spindle
will be fixed with High Precision angular contact Bearings,
This machine spindle can be fixed with Hydraulic
collet chuck Max 32mm or 165 mm chuck, there will be linear
tools min 4 and max 6/7 depend on the job. Machine rpm
will be 4500 and rapid will be 20m/min for X and Z, Spindle
accuracy will be 5 microns, Axis accuracy and repeatability will
be within 10 microns. This machine can be fixed with Either
Automatic Bar feeder with Single rod (hydraulic) or Servo
Multi bar loader from Taiwan 1.5 mtrs or 3mtrs length. This
machine also can be fitted with Gantry Autoloader system
with Servo movement of High speed, 2 axis movements.
There will be Gripper with Indexing unit for job loading and
unloading. There will be the job loading and collecting Tray
either 1 or 2, and this will be moved using ball screw and
Servo motor. Total machine will be completed Automatic
without any Man power, Advantage of this machine will be
high speed, High accuracy and full automation and No job size
variation on Loading, and no Handling damage will happen .
Mainly suitable for Aluminium, Brass, and also any ferrous/
Non Ferrous material with fully auto loading /unloading.
