Ryan Lockwood is willing to put in the work it takes to succeed. Whether it's calling companies to get a job, or introducing himself to every potential connection in the room, Ryan's confident demeanor and smile cause an impact.
Looking at OnlineNW, it's easy to see why Ryan fits in so well. The company is continually growing
experience. "Because it’s such a small company, it's easy to learn the whole spectrum of business. Finance, marketing, I’ve even gotten some dispatch in, which is something I’ve never experienced." One of these projects is provided by CEO, Kathy Tate. Ryan says, "Kathy’s working on a project for me right now that will allow me to work on skills in finance."

routinely looking for solutions for customers. For example, they are now providing Fiber internet connection which has better longevity and speed than classic internet connections. As far as customer service, Ryan notes: "They’re very customer oriented and I always like that in a company."
At OnlineNW Ryan works in sales, reaching out to customers and answering their concerns. Coming into the position, Ryan was also eager to learn. Luckily, Ryan's co-workers support each other well: "Every day is a process and it’s great because I have awesome team members around me to help me out. We come in a little early and we all work together. It’s good to have that support."
Looking forward, Ryan is excited for potential opportunities to find passion in his work and to surround himself with people he loves working with.
