According to Danielle Nelson, one of Suite 4's Marketing Interns, Suite 4 is: "an all access marketing agency at your fingertips." While Erin Moller, Suite 4's Editorial Intern describes the agency as, "A really fun group of people who wants me and the other interns to do well." When asked, Lucy Bellville, Suite 4's second Marketing Intern, wants everyone to know: "we work for businesses all across the nation."
Walking into Suite 4's office, you are instantly greeted by a hand painted sign with the word "hello." This is how the small business marketing firm operates, with a genuine smile and friendly reception. In the next room you will find windows overlooking downtown McMinnville and the team working at a large table and across comfortable couches and chairs.
With three interns placed in one location, some would assume there would be a sense of competition. The opposite is true. Listening to stories, it's clear that Suite 4 specializes in creating opportunity. All three interns have tasks applicable to their field of study in college and each can point to something exciting they were able to do.

When asked her favorite moment Erin recalls a client meeting she was able to attend with Suite 4's CEO, Rachel Karl, and Business Development Associate, Miles Oliveira. When leaving the office, Rachel simply asked if anyone wanted to join. Erin jumped at the opportunity and is now creating content and researching the client.
Danielle's favorite thing about the office happens weekly, at "Sip and Strat" meetings where the team goes out, gets drinks, and brainstorms strategies on various topics.
Lucy points to the general atmosphere. At Suite 4, SpongeBob references are not only appropriate, they are encouraged. Trying out something new is as simple as asking for the opportunity. With so much good energy in the air, Erin says it adds fun to work which, "makes your brain feel a little better."
