Fairmont Heritage Place and Fairmont Residences Mayakoba make up the private
residential club operated by the Hotel Fairmont Mayakoba. The atmosphere of
this exclusive club is relaxed; service is delivered with a sincere smile, and every-
thing is planned to make your vacation an unforgettable experience for you and
your loved ones.
Every detail of the Club environment is given close attention, from the architecture
of the Casa Club –by the Miami firm SB Architects– to the interior design of the
apartments –by Rodrigo Vargas Design, of Los Angeles– and the refined land-
scaping by Maat Handasa, who has created a harmonious natural space, retaining
the original vegetation and lagoons while adding in some unique pools. If they so
desire, residents can simply enjoy the tranquility of the setting, or if they prefer,
they can partake of a delicious meal or drink at our bar and restaurant.
Sports lovers can use the club gym, which is connected to the Mayakoba racetrack.
For the littlest ones in your crew, the Kids Club organizes various activities, while
teens will find their own space at the Youth Club.

famous El Camaleón golf course, home to the prestigious PGA Mayakoba Golf
Classic. So aside from having the course feel like your own yard, you can enjoy the
star-studded PGA action from the balcony of your home.
From the club dock, you can take boat rides through Mayakoba’s renowned canals,
admiring the varied fauna and flora, or get to the Mayakoba beach club or any of
the Mayakoba hotel lobbies and restaurants.
As a club residence owner, you will automatically become a member of the presti-
gious Le Club Accor Residential Platinum program, with all the perks that entails
at the Hotel Fairmont Mayakoba and the other Fairmont, Raffles, Swissôtel and
Accor Group properties.
Furthermore, as a Mayakoba resident, you have the right (*) to use the common
facilities, both athletic (tennis and paddleball courts, kayaking on the canals, water
sports, archery) and entertainment in El Pueblito de Mayakoba (Mexican fiestas,
shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, etc.) and even seek out the Catholic church, El
Pueblito’s architectural gem.
The apartments, measuring some 950 to 1,970 ft, are all in two-, three- and four-
story buildings. Ones on the ground floor have gardens, while the highest Units
feature rooftops with ocean views.
