DEMOCRATIC DESIGN
Danish Design is unique , not only for its high quality and aesthetics in shape . Danish design is special , because it is built on a long democratic tradition , that starts with the human being , and thinks systems , process and products from down and up . Danish design is the concept that unites the Danish design brands in tradition . It is a feeling that challenges all senses .
DANISH VIRTUES
Colours are an important ingredient in the Danish designers ’ tradition . The Danish palette is wide and bright , yet subtle and humble , as seen in famous furniture and home accessories bearing the true slogan ” Designed in Denmark ”. At Inface , we apply those vital Danish virtues in our own creative process . Furthermore , at Inface we go ahead and make the following statement : ” designing frames with the Danish Design stamp can only be made if one lives and is inspired by the Scandinavian climate , culture and way of life ”.
The outcome is subtle yet convincing tones , use of surprising but natural colours , beautiful styling and details as shown in our frames . We live up to these Danish standards , because we live and breathe Denmark !
We feel that Canadians , who live in the Northern parts of the globe and with whom we share natural similarities in tradition and way of life , can easily relate to this mindset .
