M&M Golf Cars celebrated
their 40th Anniversary of the
M&M Golf Cars franchise and
they also held an Open House
April 18 to 21.
Prior to M&M Golf Cars mov-
ing the Highway 54 Andover
location Butler County lacked
a golf car, commercial and in-
dustrial vehicle dealer, service
and rental business.
“I think the community was
longing for some more golf
car companies in town and es-
pecially getting Club Car back
in town,” M&M Branch Manag-
er Rick Longnecker said. “Club
Car had been out of town for
a number of years.”
M&M Golf Cars offers sales
for new and used golf cars
and industrial work cars, golf
car service, maintenance and
customization and car rent-
al and delivery. With winter
weather surely to end soon,
golf season is teeing off and
the Andover location is enter-
ing a busy time for all aspects
of the business.
March was a good month for
us,” Longnecker said. “Mostly
the last couple of weeks when
it was nice and warm. I expect
with the weather turning and
people wanting to get out on
the course next weekend, I
expect to see a lot of people
coming through the door.”
The market for the Andover
location is about a 100-mile
radius. Tournaments in Win-
field and Hutchison events are
just two of many that M&M
will provide cart rentals for.
“That’s a piece most people
don’t even realize we do but
that’s a big part of our busi-
ness is rental cars,” Longneck-
er said. “I’ve got 50 of them
sitting out here and we can
deliver them. We come and
pick them up. Pretty much as
long as you don’t break them,
